Welcome to Andrew's Airport Transfers. By using our website www.aatqld.com and booking our private transfer services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

Andrew's Airport Transfers offers private airport transfer services, business transfers, Door-to-Door transfers, weddings and special occasions transfers and customized services. Details of our services, including pricing and availability, are available on the Site.

3. Booking and Payment

• Booking: To book our Services, you must provide accurate information, including your name, contact details, and travel itinerary. Bookings can be made through our Site or by contacting our customer service team.
• Payment: Payment for Services must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit cards, bank transfers/pay id. All transactions are processed securely.
• Cancellation and Refunds: We understand that can change. At Andrew’s Airport Transfers we will refund in full up to 24 hours prior pick up. Within 24 hours we are happy to issue a full refund less 25% of the booked fare.
• Surcharges: Public holidays and bookings between 7pm-7am incur a surcharge of 25%.

4. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to your booking, including changes in pickup location, drop-off location, or timing, must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

5. Responsibilities

• Customer Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate information and being present at the pickup location at the agreed time. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
• Our Responsibilities: We will provide the Services as described and in a professional manner. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, and airport security delays.

6. Liability

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andrew's Airport Transfers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific transfer in question.
• Damage to Property: We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the transfer. It is advisable to keep your belongings with you at all times.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our Site and Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Site, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms
